I’m a freelance copywriter, writing copy for clients focused on positive impact. Copy that compels readers to onboard quicker, understand faster and buy better.
There’s not much I haven’t written about, but the jobs I’m super-proud of are the ones I know have had a positive impact on individuals, community or the planet. Whether it’s renewables, plastic pledges, diversity, inclusion, healthcare, education, agritech or precision farming, I’ve written about it in one form or another and plenty more besides. But I’m determined to only put my copywriting powers to good use and help companies focused on profit through positive change, companies struggling to find time or the resource to write copy, companies currently missing the mark with their messaging. I figure with the rapidity of climate change, we don’t have time to confuse readers and if I can do something useful to help, it’s clear messaging. I want to have had a positive impact in my work so that my kids and theirs will be proud.
